We had a fantastic stay in a convenient location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was surrounded by various restaurants, making it easy to order food delivery. It was also within easy reach of popular attractions and the city center. Our room had a wonderful view and was spacious and clean. The staff provided excellent service, promptly delivering extra towels and toilet paper when requested. The hotel had a well-equipped gym and a beautiful rooftop infinity pool, perfect for relaxation. We highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Some aspects of the hotel could be improved, such as the cleanliness of the room, which had visible mold on the bottom of the walls.

We stayed at Queens Service Suites for a family trip and it was a perfect choice. The location was great, just a 15-minute drive from KLCC and surrounded by plenty of restaurants for food delivery. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of six, with two toilets and a lovely pool with a separate children's pool. The view from the pool was amazing! The WiFi was reliable and there were even access to Youtube and Disney plus on the TV. The host was polite and responsive, quickly delivering extra towels and toilet paper upon request. The gym was well-equipped and clean, with a wonderful view.
